New Delhi: Twitter CEO Elon Musk said that the social media platform needs to become the most accurate source of information in the world. He said that this is our mission. He also warned in another tweet that if there is a parody account then it should be clearly written, otherwise such account will be suspended.

No warning policy

Musk said the verification on a large scale would democratize journalism and empower the voice of the people. Giving information about Twitter’s new no-warning policy, he said that earlier we had issued a warning before the suspension, but now as we are starting the verification. This will be explicitly recognized as a condition of signing up on Twitter Blue.

Twitter updated in Apple’s App Store

In the first major revision of Elon Musk’s social media platform, Twitter on Saturday updated its application in Apple’s App Store to start charging $8 for blue tick verification. It has been reported that Musk, the owner of Tesla, will also serve as the chief executive of Twitter.
