Fresh health concerns have emerged for US President Donald Trump after observers noticed what appeared to be a “bruise cover-up” on his hand. While some are speculating that the mark could signal a decline in his health, the 47th POTUS has insisted he is in good condition. Prior to this, Trump has also been spotted with unexplained bruises and marks several times since his return to the president’s office.
A couple of days back, the 79-year-old was spotted with heavy makeup on his hand, leaving many worried again. President Trump was seen in Washington D.C.,with an excessive amount of makeup on his right hand, and in the recently released footage, he also appeared thinner than before.
These photos have begun to circulate on social media, with many expressing concern. “YIKES! Very visible bruising on Donald Trump’s hand today. What is going on with his health???…,” said one. Another remarked, “Something appears seriously wrong with Trump’s health.”
“Trump hand, Is he okay?,” asked another.
Meanwhile, another wrote: “Must be health issues.” And a third added: “Someone needs to fire that makeup artist!”
What Trump’s Physician Sean Barbabella
Notably, weeks before, Trump’s physician, Sean Barbabella, admitted that the US president is having some health issues. “This is consistent with minor soft tissue irritation from frequent handshaking and the use of aspirin, which is taken as part of a standard cardiovascular prevention regimen.”
Following this, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also issued a statement to the Independent on Friday, clarifying this. “President Trump is a man of the people, and he meets more Americans and shakes their hands on a daily basis than any other President in history. His commitment is unwavering, and he proves that every single day.” She said.
Barbabella’s explanation came the same week the White House announced that Trump had been diagnosed with Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI) after an examination for swollen legs. This condition, which is common in people over 70, occurs when damaged veins slow down the flow of blood back to the heart.
However, Trump has not spoken about the bruises on his hand, but he recently joked that his chances of going to heaven were low and hoped the Ukraine peace deal might improve them.
