21-year-old Kine Chan is a model. She was spotted at the Navegantes airport in Brazil wearing ‘Rebecca cosplay’ wearing a black bikini, a turquoise wig, and black sandals. The model claimed that she was told that she was not dressed appropriately and was prevented from boarding the flight.
