A horrifying incident unfolded in Malaysia as a light plane crashed onto a four-lane road, with the chilling moment captured by a dashcam in a passing car.
The footage depicts the plane crashing and immediately erupting into a massive fireball, leading to a tragic accident claiming the lives of eight individuals on board the aircraft, as well as two motorists on the ground.
The disturbing video captured the plane’s impact, followed by a fiery explosion, with black smoke subsequently billowing from the wreckage. The crash site was strewn with debris, set against a backdrop of nearby houses.

Police informed AFP that a minimum of 10 fatalities were confirmed due to the plane crash. This count includes the eight occupants on the plane and two passing motorists, one in a car and the other on a motorcycle. Among the plane’s victims was Johari Harun, a state assemblyman overseeing housing and the environment in central Pahang state.

The ill-fated flight originated from the northern resort island of Langkawi and was en route to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, situated west of the capital city, Kuala Lumpur. According to Malaysia’s civil aviation authority, the aircraft carried six passengers and two flight crew members.
The aviation authority’s chief, Norazman Mahmud, revealed that no distress call was issued before the crash. Mohamad Syahmie Mohamad Hashim, a former Malaysian air force member, recounted witnessing the plane’s erratic flight pattern. He shared, “Not long after that I heard a loud boom,” as reported by the news agency AFP.
