After lunch with the Indian Prime Minister, Putin is scheduled to participate in the India-Russia Business Forum on Friday. According to reports, he will head back to Rashtrapati Bhavan, where President Droupadi Murmu will host a banquet in his honour.

This is Russian President Vladimir Putin's first visit to India (December 4-5) since 2022. Putin will arrive in New Delhi on the evening of December 4, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will host a private dinner in his honour at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg from 7 pm onwards.
On December 5th, at 9 a.m., President Putin will be accorded a ceremonial welcome at the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan and presented with a tri-service guard of honour. Afterwards, Putin will proceed to Rajghat to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi.
At 11 a.m., Prime Minister Modi and President Putin will hold the 23rd India-Russia Summit at Hyderabad House. At 4 p.m., the two leaders will also address the India-Russia Business Forum, where the focus will be on reinventing bilateral trade.
At 7 p.m. on December 5th, President Draupadi Murmu will host a state banquet in honour of President Putin. President Putin will return from India late in the evening after a nearly 30-hour stay in India.
