According to Kalispell Fire Chief Jay Hagen, witnesses confirmed that a plane approached from the south and crash-landed at the end of the runway, careening into another aircraft. Although it burst into flames, all four people on board were able to exit on their own. The plane, owned by Meter Sky LLC of Pullman, Washington, was built in 2011, as per FAA records.
