Texas Plane Crash: Two people were killed on Sunday (October 12, 2025), after a plane crashed into multiple trucks, sparking a massive fire in Fort Worth. According to reports, the incident occurred near Hicks Airfield around 1.30 pm local time after the aircraft struck a parking lot. Emergency crews found the victims near an airport in Tarrant County, where 18-wheeler trailers and campers were parked.

A nearby commercial building was also reportedly set ablaze. The videos of the accident caught on camera showed the fire teams battling huge flames, as thick black smoke spiraled into the air. “We thought we were responding to two separate incidents. Later on, we realized it was all part of the same one," the fire department spokesperson told the Times.

One of the witnesses told the New York Post that they heard a loud booming sound, following which a frantic customer rushed inside and asked someone to call the police. Another witness, Lauren Anderson, described the smoke as a 100-foot “giant black cloud" that faded after authorities responded. The blaze has been extinguished now.
