US School Shooting: The gunman who opened fire at a Minneapolis Catholic school on Wednesday, killing two children, aged 8 and 10, and injuring 17 others before shooting himself, had chilling messages scrawled on his weapons. A video on his now-deleted YouTube channel showed the words “kill Donald Trump” and “nuke India” written on his guns.
The shooting took place during the first week of school, while children were attending Mass. The gunman, identified as 23-year-old Robin Westman, was armed with a rifle, pistol, and shotgun, firing dozens of rounds through the church windows at children inside, Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said.
In 2020, Westman’s name was changed from Robert because Westman identified as female, as per court records.
At least two videos were uploaded on a YouTube channel named “Robin W” before it was taken down.
One of the clips, about 10 minutes long and filmed on a mobile phone, showed a cache of weapons, ammunition and loaded magazines.
“Kill Donald Trump”, “kill Trump now”, “Israel must fall”, and “Burn Israel” were written on the magazines, while one of the weapons had “Nuke India” written on it. “Where is your God?” and “for the children” were also written on the magazines.
The Minneapolis Catholic school shooter was Robin Westman.

Names of past school shooters were scribbled on a magazine, with some messages written in Cyrillic.
The video showed a person holding up a smaller firearm from the cache, saying, “This one is for me. In case I need it.”

Confirming the authenticity of the video, the US Homeland Secretary Kristi Noem said the “deeply sick murderer scrawled” the words ‘For the Children’ and ‘Where is your God?’ and ‘Kill Donald Trump’ on the rifle magazine. “This level of violence is unthinkable,” she wrote on X.
