Marina Balmasheva, 37, a prominent figure in the weight loss industry from Russia has recently married her stepson, Vladimir Shavyrin, who is now 23. This surprising union has garnered attention, given that Marina had been Vladimir’s primary caregiver from the age of seven and was previously married to his father, Alexey Shavyrin, 47.
Over time, Alexey, the ex-husband, has made claims that Marina and Vladimir engaged in a romantic relationship while he was residing in the same household. Astonishingly, he alleges that his former wife and son were not discreet about their involvement. Despite the awkward living situation, Marina and Alexey continued their relationship as if nothing unusual was happening.
In Alexey’s words: “They were not shy to have sex while I was at home. I would have forgiven her for cheating if it wasn’t for my son. She would go from our bedroom to my son’s bed when I was asleep, then return to our bed as if nothing had occurred.”
Marina, who had been responsible for Vladimir’s upbringing since the age of seven, now shares two children with him. The couple frequently documents their life together on social media, expressing their happiness.
Marina candidly addressed her relationship with her former stepson, stating: “Many people have suggested that I use makeup, get lash extensions, and groom my appearance differently due to my young husband. But there’s one thing – he fell in love with me, accepting all my imperfections, including scars from plastic surgeries, cellulite, excessive skin, and my personality. I have no desire to present myself as someone I’m not.”
Following the birth of their second child, the couple began sharing glimpses of their life as a family of four. In one post, Marina affectionately refers to her husband as the “most charming blue-eyed man in the world.”
Residing in Krasnodar, near Ukraine, the couple is open about the fact that Marina financially supports the family through her social media income. She also revealed that she insisted on a prenuptial agreement to safeguard her financial assets in case of a divorce from her new husband.
