Dubai: A social media storm has started over the grand Hindu temple being built in Dubai city in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The idols of 16 gods and goddesses will be kept in this luxurious Hindu temple of Dubai.

This temple will be unveiled on October 4 in a grand manner. After the news of the construction of a Hindu temple in the Muslim country UAE came out in the social media, there has been an uproar and Islamic fundamentalists are opposing the UAE government over the issue. At the same time, people of the Hindu community are praising this step of UAE.

According to a report in the Khaleej Times, this Hindu temple will be opened to the world on October 5 – the holy and auspicious day of Dussehra. Raju Shroff, a trustee of Sindhu Guru Darbar Temple has confirmed this.

This Hindu temple is being built in Jebel Ali area of ​​Dubai. A Sikh Gurdwara and several churches are also present in this area. During the unveiling of this temple, officials of the UAE Government and distinguished guests will be present. Weddings, havans and other private events can be organized in this temple.

This temple is quite big and 1000 to 1200 devotees will be able to worship in the temple at a time. The pictures of this temple have been shared on Twitter by Hassan Sajwani, a resident of UAE.

After these pictures surfaced, where Hindus are praising it profusely, the muslim fundamentalists are furious. Many more people have opposed the construction of Hindu temples in the Muslim country UAE.

At the same time, there is a large number of people who have praised the UAE’s move. UAE resident Hasan Sajwani’s tweet has been retweeted more than 5 thousand times and has been liked by about 28 thousand people.
