Ali Qadi, the mastermind behind the tragic October 7 assault on Israeli civilians, was killed in a drone strike after extensive intelligence efforts by the Shin Bet security agency and Military Intelligence Directorate. It’s worth noting that Qadi had previously been arrested by Israel in 2005 for his involvement in the kidnapping and murder of Israeli civilians, only to be released to the Gaza Strip as part of the 2011 Gilad Shalit prisoner exchange.
