No need to worry about losing internet connectivity during air travel from now on, as SpaceX's Starlink brought internet connectivity on aeroplanes too. The internet-powered Starlink said, "Starlink is now active on more than 500 planes around the world! Stay connected with high-speed internet from gate to gate, starting the minute you walk on board."
The company also reposted a few photos on planes with the banner "in-flight Wi-Fi." A speed test photo was also shared, which shows that the downloading speed was 97.7 mbps and the uploading speed was 23.9 mbps. According to reports, Starlink Wi-Fi is available on more than 500 planes around the world, and the company is working to add more.

Features Of Inflight Wi-Fi:
1. No connection dropouts—stream, scroll, and send from takeoff to landing.

2. Speeds that shock—a Qatar Airways Boeing 777 clocked 97.7 Mbps (good luck keeping up, old-school airline Wi-Fi).
3. Gate-to-gate internet that actually works—because “please wait” at 30,000 feet is not an option.
The social media also welcomed the high-speed connectivity. "This is great news as a frequent flyer I am going to be using starlink allot," said a user.
While another said, "I haven't tried using cellular voice/text features over Wi-Fi on the planes before, but I'm curious if a seamless Wi-Fi connectivity on the planes would make the cellular voice/text services also to be seamless on the planes?" "Thank your dear @SpaceX & @Starlink team for making this excellent tech for #humanity." said the third user.
