New Delhi: Indian origin Member of Parliament in Canada Chandra Arya lashed out on the recent video released by the chief of the banned outfit Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) in which he threatens to openly assault Indian diplomats.
Responding to threats raised in the latest video of the SFJ chief, Chandra Arya posted a tweet calling out the violence being promoted by the Khalistani sympathizers, referring to Pannu’s message from outside the United Nations (UN) headquarters as reaching a ‘new low’.
In his tweet, Arya wrote, “Khalistanis in Canada continue to reach new low in abusing our Charter of Rights and Freedom by promoting violence and hate. ”
He further called out the support garnered by the Khalistanis in Canada during a recent Brampton parade that allegedly celebrated the assassination of Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
He wrote, “Emboldened by non-criticism from elected officials of a recent Brampton parade portraying and celebrating the assassination of Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by her bodyguards, they are now openly calling for violence against India diplomats.”

Drawing parallels between snakes and sympathisers, he wrote, “While it is good to see Canadian authorities are noticing, we should note the snakes in our backyard are raising their heads and hissing. It is only a question of time when they bite to kill.”
Meanwhile, the SFJ chief in released a video from outside the headquarters of the United Nations in which he can be seen threatening the Indian diplomats in the US, Canada, UK, Italy, and Australia.
In a video message posted on YouTube on July 5, Pannu emphatically stated, “YES, we will hold Sandhu-Verma-Doraiswami-Malhotra-Vohra, the Indian diplomats in the US, Canada, UK, Italy, and Australia accountable for the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar.”
Same threat, same script, same actions
