According to Ukrainian officials, at least four people were murdered on Monday after Russian forces used “kamikaze” drones produced in Iran to strike Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. Ukrainian officials have since called on its Western partners to provide Ukraine with more modern air defense systems.
Since Russia began its full-scale invasion, drones have played a vital part in the battle, but their usage has risen since Moscow purchased additional drones from Iran during the summer. On Monday, Iran denied once more giving Russia weaponry for the conflict with Ukraine.
