Russia Ukraine War: A total of seven people including a 6-year-old child were killed and 90 wounded as Russian missile hit a central square in the historic city of Chernihiv in northern Ukraine, Reuters reported.

“When the missile struck the place, the people were heading towards the church to celebrate a religious holiday. In the attack, 11 children were wounded,” Reuters quoted interior ministry as saying.

Taking the matter to Telegram, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy wrote, “In our city of Chernihiv, a Russian missile struck right in the center. It hit a square, the polytechnic university, and a theater.”
