Later, the Pakistani PM walked into the room where talks were ongoing between the Russian President and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

In a video shared by RT. com, the Pakistani prime minister was seen anxiously waiting for the meeting with Vladimir Putin in a room, while other ministers and officials were also seen seated. Later, he went to the meeting room where Putin and Erdogan were holding talks. After ten minutes, Sharif reportedly left the room.

Sharif had met Putin in China

Earlier in August 2025, Sharif was completely ignored by Putin when he walked past with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a group photograph during SCO meet in China’s Tianjin.

Later, Sharif met Putin on the sidelines of the SCO meet, and held a bilateral meeting and expressed his interest in having good relations with Russia.
