Nobel Peace Prize is set to be awarded on Friday, October 10. The ceremony will start at 11 AM (CEST) or 5 AM EDT. The announcement will be made by the Chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, Jorgen Watne Frydnes, at the Norwegian Nobel Institute.

Hungarian author László Krasznahorkai, renowned for his philosophical and darkly humorous novels—often written in long, unbroken sentences—has been awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature on Thursday.
