Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday announced that Israeli forces killed Hamas Spokesperson Abu Obeida, the Hamas’s armed wing, the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades.
According to the news agency AFP, Netanyahu said, “We have struck the Hamas spokesman, the spokesman for this criminal and murderous organisation, Abu Obeida.”
“I hope he is no longer with us, but I notice that there is no one on the Hamas side to clarify this matter,” he further said.
Israel Minister of Defense said, “Hamas terror spokesperson Abu Obaida was eliminated in Gaza and sent to meet all the liquidated members of the axis of evil from Iran, Gaza, Lebanon, and Yemen at the bottom of hell. Congratulations to the IDF and Shin Bet for the flawless execution. Soon, with the intensification of the campaign in Gaza, many more of his criminal partners—Hamas murderers and rapists—will join him there.”

Meanwhile, Israeli security forces arrested 10 Palestinian suspects and seized dozens of firearms in a crackdown on illegal weapons in Judea and Samaria over the past week, the Israel Police announced.
Confiscated weapons included M4 and M16 rifles, pistols, and a shotgun, along with hundreds of rounds of ammunition. Four pipe bombs and a live explosive device were neutralised.
Police said the raids took place in the areas of Hebron, Beit Ummar, Yatta, Beit Jala and near Ariel.
