Emergency imposed at Pakistan hospital
In response to the attack, authorities have imposed an emergency at the medical hospital of Turbat. All doctors have received instructions to report to duty immediately. This marks the second attack this week and the third this year by the Majeed Brigade. Previously, Majeed Brigade fighters had targeted Mach City on 29 January, followed by an attack on the headquarters of Pakistan’s Military Intelligence in Gwadar on March 20.
According to the Balochistan Post report, Majeed Brigade opposes the investment made by China in Balochistan, alleging that both China and Pakistan are exploiting the region’s resources. BLA has claimed that its fighters have infiltrated the air station, where Chinese drones are also deployed. This marks the second attack this week and the third this year by the Majeed Brigade.
