Tech billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, the head of Meta, overseeing Facebook and Instagram, has a history of embracing unique and unconventional pursuits. In the past, he demonstrated a dedicated interest in activities like running and jujitsu, striving for a level of fitness comparable to the world’s most elite commandos. However, his latest passion revolves around raising cows, and not just any kind of cattle. Zuckerberg is focused on cultivating cows in luxurious conditions, providing them with a diet that includes dry fruits and beer with the goal of producing what he claims to be the world’s finest beef.

Mark Zuckerberg’s venture into raising luxury-fed cattle is taking place in the picturesque surroundings of Hawaii, particularly on the island of Kauai, where he already owns a significant portion of land. Zuckerberg shared his newfound passion for cows and premium beef in an Instagram post on a Wednesday. He revealed that he is currently involved in raising Wagyu and Angus cattle at Ko’olau Ranch on the island of Kauai.

Mark Zuckerberg is not only involved in the cattle-raising business but is also doing it in a distinctive and stylish manner. His aim is to produce some of the highest quality beef globally. In a post on Instagram, Zuckerberg shared a photo of himself, smiling, with a piece of marbled beef in front of him – appearing both expensive and perfectly seared. To guarantee the top-notch quality of the beef, Zuckerberg mentioned that he is feeding his cows a diet that includes macadamia meal, crafted from expensive macadamia nuts, and locally-brewed artisanal beer.

Sharing the post, Zuckerberg wrote, “Started raising cattle at Ko’olau Ranch on Kauai, and my goal is to create some of the highest quality beef in the world. The cattle are wagyu and angus, and they’ll grow up eating macadamia meal and drinking beer that we grow and produce here on the ranch,”

Mark Zuckerberg’s passion for beef and the way he presented it drew a mixed response from the public. While some people applauded his commitment to locally sourced and responsibly raised beef, others criticized him, especially from the vegan community. Many vegans labeled him a hypocrite, pointing out what they perceive as a contradiction in claiming to care for the cattle while ultimately intending to consume them.
