Thomas Matthew Crooks has been identified as the gunman responsible for the attempted assassination of former President Trump. As investigators piece together the events leading up to the attack, questions arise about the 20-year-old’s background, motivations, and any potential connections that might explain his actions. Reports indicate that Matthew was positioned on the roof of a manufacturing plant when one of his bullets grazed Trump’s ear.

The alleged assailant responsible for the violent attack on former President Donald Trump during a rally has been identified as Crooks, a resident of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, according to the NY Post.
