Israeli Army Says Hezbollah Chief Hassan Nasrallah Killed In ‘Targeted Strike’

In the latest developments, the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) has confirmed that Hezbollah leader, Hassan Nasrallah was killed on Saturday after Israel conducted an airstrike targeting him in Beirut.

In a statement on X, IDF said, “Hassan Nasrallah will no longer be able to terrorize the world.” This declaration comes amid multiple attacks on the leader and other Hezbollah commanders in Beirut on Friday.

Israeli Media Outlets Confirms Nasrallah’s Death

Earlier today, various Israeli media sources claimed that the ‘targeted strike’ killed Hassan Nasrallah, although his death was not officially confirmed. The Lebanese Health Ministry declared that at least two people died and 76 others were injured in the attack.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Refuses To Back Down

In another statement, the IDF stated that Ali Karaki, and other top Lebanese members were also killed, alongside Hassan Nasrallah. This news follows Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s fiery speech at the United Nations General Assembly, where he stood firm in his stance. Meanwhile, the US and other nations have been advocating for a ceasefire between the conflicting parties.
