As Israel continues its operation against Hezbollah, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has claimed that it has identified Hassan Nasrallah’s bunker with millions of dollars in gold and cash. IDF spokesperson Rear admiral Daniel Hagari exposed the Hezbollah’s financial network and explained how it uses its fund for terrorist activities. He said that Hezbollah’s main financial arm is the Al-Qard Al-Hassan Association, which provides financial services to Lebanon. He said that it (Al-Qard Al-Hassan Association) violates the international law and is accused by US and other western countries for facilitating Hezbollah’s terror activities.

What Did Hagari Say?

Hagari said that Hezbollah’s financial network is based on two main sources of income, one from the Iranian regime and second from the money of Lebanese people. He claimed that Iran sent suitcases of cash and gold by planes to the Iranian Embassy in Beirut and then it directly goes to Hezbollah.

He further added that Hezbollah has built factories in Syria, Yemen, Lebanon and Turkey which provides income for its terrorist based operations. He stressed that IDF will not allow the Hezbollah to re-group and re-arm.

He said that in recent years, state of Lebanon has experienced a deep financial crisis which was exploded by Hezbollah. Speaking further he said, “Tonight, I am going to declassify intelligence on a site that we did not strike-where Hezbollah has millions of dollars in gold and cash in Hassan Nasrallah’s bunker. The bunker is located directly under Al-Sahel Hospital in the heart of Beirut.”

There is at least half a billion dollars in dollar bills and gold stored in this bunker, he added.

He informed that last night they had called on Lebanese citizens to move out from Hezbollah’s financial facility across Lebanon. IDF carried precise attacks on Hezbollah’s financial unit which was located under residential building. Showing through visuals, he said that Hezbollah built this bunker directly under the hospital. He reinstated that there are hundreds of millions of dollars in cash and gold inside the bunker.

We Are At War With Hezbollah

He informed that right now he is calling on the Lebanese government, authorities and International organisations to not allow Hezbollah to use the money for terror activities and attack on Israel. He said that Israeli Air force is monitoring the compound and asserted that Israel will not strike the hospital itself. He emphasized that Israel is not at war with the people of Lebanon, but with Hezbollah. “We are not at war with people of Lebanon, we are at war with Hezbollah,” said Hagari.

He added that Israel will continue to operate against Hezbollah so that the residents of northern Israel will be able to return to their homes with safety and security.
