The Canadian lawmaker also expressed his suspicion over the Justin Trudeau-led Canadian government for holding back data regarding allegations of foreign interference in the killing of Khalistani leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
Eby also said he "strongly" suspected the Justin Trudeau-led government is holding back information that could help the province protect crucial information about Khalistani Nijjar's killing, reported CBC News.
Additionally, the Canadian politician also termed a briefing with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) director 'frustrating' as no substantial information was presented.
"I've been continually pushing the federal government and related agencies to share information with the province instead of holding about this latest incident," Eby said in a video posted on CBC News.
Hardeep Singh Nijjar, who was shot dead outside a gurdwara by two unknown assailants in Surrey, British Columbia, in June, was the chief of the banned Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF).
