New Delhi: Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif praised the Indian PM Narendra Modi on issues of corruption. A video of former Imran Khan is doing rounds on social media platforms in which he can be seen talking about the properties owned by Shehbaz Sharif outside Pakistan.
“How many properties does PM Modi own?”
Khan launched a scathing attack on Sharif while addressing a public gathering, saying that “no other ruler except Sharif in the world owns properties worth billions.”
“Tell me about a country whose prime minister or leader owns billions of properties outside the country. Even in our neighboring country, how many properties does Prime Minister Modi own outside India ?” he said.
He further said, “No one can imagine how many assets and properties he has overseas.”
Imran Khan has been praising India for a while now
India has been praised by Imran for a while now. He has previously been heard applauding India’s foreign policy.
He commended India for purchasing oil at a reduced price from Russia and said that his administration was also working on the same with the aid of an independent foreign policy. He also criticised the government that was run by the Pakistan Muslim League.
“Despite being part of the Quad, India came under pressure from the United States and bought Russian oil at a discount to relieve the masses. This is what our government was striving to achieve with the help of an independent foreign policy,” Imran Khan tweeted.
