The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Tuesday confirmed the killing of Hamas’ Nukhba Platoon commander, Abd al-Hadi Sabah, in a recent drone strike. IDF said, “Abd al-Hadi Sabah, a Nukhba Platoon Commander in the Western Khan Yunis Battalion was eliminated in an intelligence-based IDF and ISA strike.” According to IDF, Sabah had led the attack on Kibbutz Nir Oz during the October 7, 2023, massacre.
Who Was Abd al-Hadi Sabah?
The post by IDF added that Abd al-Hadi Sabah, who operated from a shelter in the Humanitarian Area in Khan Yuni was one of the leaders of the infiltration into Kibbutz Nir Oz during the murderous October 7 Massacre. He also led and advanced numerous terrorist attacks against IDF troops throughout the current war.
As per The Times Of Israel report, During the war, Sabah was involved in numerous attacks against IDF troops in Gaza.

Israel’s Operation Against All Behind October 7 Attack
The IDF also reiterated that it will continue its operations against terrorists who took part in October 7 attack. It wrote, “The IDF and ISA will continue to operate against all of the terrorists who took part in the murderous October 7 Massacre.”
Earlier, the IDF reported that its units, working with Shin Bet, eliminated 14 Hamas terrorists, including six involved in the October 7 massacre. These operations were part of the IDF’s ongoing efforts in the Gaza Strip by the 162nd “Steel” Division.
Israel further reinstated that it remains committed to bringing home the remaining 100 hostages and dismantling Hamas, ensuring the safety and security of its citizens. It pointed out that it might be ‘New Year, New Me’ for everyone but not for Hamas. It wrote, “Hamas continues to threaten our civilians and just fired 2 rockets, triggering sirens in southern Israel.”
