Why has Danish govt made provision of leaves for sex?

This is done so that people are given leave from the office to make sexual relationships. The Danish government has asked citizens to have as many children as possible. Such campaigns are being run to counter low population growth

These projections assume that the annual growth rate will drop from 0.38% in 2020 to 0.19% by 2050. During the same period Denmark’s population is expected to grow to 5,796,800 in 2020, 6,024,516 in 2030, 6,192,283 in 2040 and 6,314,402 by 2050.
