Several Indians backed him for supporting Modi, but a few trolled him on X.

A user wrote on X, “Modi is financing the destruction of Ukraine. We spent $100 BILLION to defend Ukraine. Modi doesn’t deny this. He claim’s it’s his “sovereign right” and hugs Putin, literally, this weekend. We send net 50 billion to Modi’s economy annually.”

The other user posted, “Why don’t you go back to India and run for elections there? India’s been raking in benefits from the US for years but barely gives anything back in return.”
