Washington: NASA on Saturday postponed its latest attempt to blast off its massive 30-story rocket to the moon, citing a fuel leak. This is the second time this week that the agency failed to launch the rocket because of the technical challenge.

NASA from its official Twitter handle informed about the news saying: “The Artemis I mission to the Moon has been postponed. Teams attempted to fix an issue related to a leak in the hardware transferring fuel into the rocket, but were unsuccessful.”

The hydrogen leak emerged during fueling and couldn’t be contained despite different attempts to fix it, according to Derrol Nail, the agency’s commentator on its livestream, Wall Street Journal reports.

No new date for another try has been announced as of now.
