New Delhi: Violence broke out in the stadium during a football match in Indonesia. 127 people have died in this violence. According to reports, 35 people died on the spot in this violence that broke out in the stadium during the football match, while 92 people died in the hospital while receiving treatment.

The incident occurred during a football match of Indonesian top league BRI Liga 1 at the Kanjuruhan Stadium in Malang Regency in East Java on Saturday night.

It is being told that this football match was being played between Arema FC and Persebaya club in a big stadium in Indonesia. The entire stadium was packed with supporters of both the teams, but then one team lost and a fight started between the fans of both the teams. Soon this quarrel spread in the entire stadium and people clashed with each other.

The situation was such that the security forces present there had to save their lives somehow. Seeing the violence escalating, Indonesia’s National Armed Forces were called to the spot. However by then it was too late. Somehow, the army personnel pulled the rioting crowd out of the stadium. Violence ensued even after leaving the stadium.
