Rishi Sunak UK PM: France’s president Emmanuel Macron congratulated Rishi Sunak on Tuesday on becoming the new UK Prime Minister, and added in a Twitter message that he would look to work with him on common challenges such as the war in Ukraine.
“Congratulations to @RishiSunak, who has become Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Together we will continue working to tackle the challenges of the moment, including the war in Ukraine and its many consequences for Europe and the world,” Macron said.
