Russia: Russian forces carried out deadly assaults on familiar sites in both southern and northern Ukraine, targeting regions in Kharkiv and Odesa. These attacks resulted in the deaths of seven individuals and numerous injuries, according to officials.
In the southern Odesa district, an evening missile strike claimed the lives of four individuals, including a 10-year-old girl, and left 14 others wounded, as reported by regional Governor Oleh Kiper. In a Telegram message, Kiper noted that four of the injured individuals were in critical condition, with medical professionals working diligently to save their lives. Tragically, one man had to undergo amputation of his legs.

In the northeastern Kharkiv region, which has experienced escalated Russian assaults on cities and vital energy facilities in recent weeks, a strike on a pharmacy resulted in the deaths of a 14-year-old girl and two women in the village of Lyptsi, according to regional Governor Oleh Synehubov. Additionally, two individuals were injured, and rescue teams searched through debris for any other potential victims.
Synehubov also reported that two guided bombs destroyed a clinic in the village of Vovchansk, injuring one person. Separately, Russian troops launched an explosive at a bus, injuring a man, according to the interior ministry.
Meanwhile, on the Russian side of the border, Roman Starovoyt, governor of the Kursk region, disclosed that three individuals, including two children, were killed in a Ukrainian drone attack on a car.
