China Train Collision: 11 killed, 2 injured after train ploughs into railway workers in Yunnan

China Train Collision: At least 11 people were killed, and two were injured after a test train ploughed into railway maintenance workers in the early hours of Thursday. The incident took place in the southern province of Yunnan, according to local railway authorities.

An investigation has been launched, and rescue operations have been initiated after the test train no 55537 crashed into a group of construction workers. The injured workers are currently receiving treatment at a hospital, while the train services at the station have been resumed and are operating as normal, as per a report by the South China Morning Post. The exact cause of the crash remains unknown as of now.
