A big revelation has emerged from Pakistan where the terror organisation Jaish-e-Mohammad’s women wing, “Jamiat ul Mominat”, is recruiting nearly 5,000 jihadi women. The information surfaced through a social media post by JeM chief Masood Azhar.
Masood Azhar: ‘Necessary to prepare district-wise organisations’
It has been claimed that the women are being trained to become ‘fidayeens’ after being brainwashed. Azhar stated in the post that it is necessary to prepare district-wise organisations as the number of women is increasing.
Under the drive, Azhar is planning to build separate offices of “Jamiat ul Mominat” in all the districts of Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK), where a programme from recruitment to training will be given to these women.
Azhar mention US University in his post
Azhar has also discussed in his post about the US-based University of Nebraska, claiming that a few people are spreading rumours that the environment of jihad was created by this university in Pakistan. He said this information is baseless and that a few columnists and ministers have believed the false claims as truth.
Azhar’s 21-minute audio surfaced
After the revelation, it has posed serious security concerns due to Jaish-e-Mohammad’s activities and the networking of women. Earlier, Masood Azhar’s 21-minute audio surfaced where he was discussing “Jamiat ul Mominat”.
The audio was released by Usman Ali of the Bahawalpur-based Markaz. Azhar had said that those women who join the organisation will go to “Jannat”.
