New Delhi: A bomb blast has rocked the capital city of Kabul in Afghanistan. At least 19 people have died in the incident.

As per the news Agency AFP, the target of the blast was an education center in Kabul. The blast has claimed lives of at least 19 people and left many injured. The blast is being said to be a suicide bmbing.
