New Delhi: Putin announces partial military mobilisation in Russia. He has said that only those in the military reserves and those who’ve served in the Russian military and have relevant experience will be subject to conscription.
Vladimir Putin has said, ‘mobilization activities will start today, decree has been signed.’

The Russian Defense Minister Shoigu has informed that, “total of 300,000 reservists will be called up during partial mobilization, no one will call up and mobilise students, let them study in peace.”
