Rapper 50 Cent recently said that he sees black men identifying with convicted felon Donald Trump. He made his remarks Wednesday, June 5, on Capitol Hill, where he met with lawmakers to advocate for black entrepreneurs and more black representation.
50 Cent is known to be endorsing Trump as early as 2020. When congressional correspondent Nikole Killion asked him who he would support in the presidential election, the rapper said he had not decided yet.
Speaking about the importance of black men voting, 50 Cent said the former president’s legal troubles made him an attractive candidate.

Trump and some of his allies are facing RICO charges in Georgia for rigging the state’s 2020 presidential election. Some commentators and even Trump himself have said it could help establish him in the black community.
Last August, Trump became the first US president in history to be executed after he turned himself into Georgia authorities after being indicted by a Fulton County grand jury on 13 charges. His shot was taken when he was sent to prison in Atlanta for rigging the election in question.
It’s Exciting For Me
Meanwhile, 50 Cent also talked about the purpose of his surprise visit and said the process went well. ‘It’s exciting for me. I have the opportunity to meet with both parties today and it feels really good,’ he said, according to the report ‘[Legislators] don’t agree on a lot of things, so they agree. meeting with me was an accomplishment in himself.’
‘My experience here has been great,’ he added. ‘I went to talk to them about financial opportunities for everyone and it’s really exciting. The answers I got make me feel that there are bright days ahead.
