Butter, sugar, eggs, flour, lemon juice, baking soda, and salt.
Start by creaming 1 cup butter with 1 ½ cups sugar.
Add 1 egg, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and zest of 1 lemon.
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, combining until dough forms.
Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, shaping into small balls.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, then let cool.
