In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and lemon zest.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour an 8-inch cake pan.
Top your salad with crumbled feta cheese for that extra creamy bite.
