Tofu, mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, red onion, curry powder, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Then, cut it into cubes.
In a large bowl, combine your mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, and onion.
Wrap it up, in a whole wheat tortilla, or in an avocad. equally as good.
Top your salad with the crispy tofu cubes.
Drizzle the dressing over your salad and toss gently.
