Start your day with a light and tasty breakfast.
– 1 cup poha (flattened rice) – Chopped onion, potato, peas – Green chilies, mustard seeds, curry leaves – Turmeric, lemon juice, coriander, and peanuts
Rinse the poha under water and let it drain.
Sauté onions, potatoes, and peas in mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.
Stir in poha with turmeric and mix well for a flavorful blend.
Top with fresh coriander leaves and serve your delicious Tomato Rice with yogurt or pickle!
