1 lb boneless chicken breast, 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, 1 head romaine lettuce, 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese, 1 large flour tortilla, 1 tsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the chicken in 1/4 cup Caesar dressing for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Spread 1 tbsp Caesar dressing on the tortilla, followed by chopped romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese, and chopped chicken.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll up the wrap tightly and slice in half.
