Use Public Transport  Use the local public transportation system rather than hiring private taxis, taxis, or self-drive autos. By taking the same trains and buses as the people, you will not only travel more sustainably, but you will also experience local life firsthand.

Say No To Plastic Plastic, whether it be in water bottles or packaging, is bad for the environment. Instead of purchasing fresh bottles of mineral water every day, you can carry your glass water bottle or sippers from home and fill them up with drinking water every day. Paper bags or cloth bags should be used for packing instead of plastic.

Avoid Indirect Flights If there is no feasible alternate mode of transportation and you can travel directly to your location, do so. Non-stop travel may be less disruptive to the environment and less stressful.

Never Buy Wildlife-Made Souvenirs Avoid purchasing items made of leather or other materials that have put local wildlife in peril. To protect the environment as much as possible, this needs to be adhered to strictly. Additionally, using items manufactured by animals puts many wildlife species in jeopardy.

Protect The Marine Life It's crucial to conserve marine life if you want to travel to a beach resort. Going into the deep water should be avoided since it can damage the ocean's wildlife. Avoid engaging in adventure sports that require diving further into the ocean.

Stay In Hostels Or Shared Accommodation Avoid staying in hotels as much as you can because they typically don't promote sustainable living. Instead, you can reserve hostels, dorms, and other types of co-sharing accommodations. In addition to making your travels more environmentally friendly, doing this will increase your chances of meeting and interacting with fellow travellers.
