Avocados, greek yougurt, salt, pepper, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and spices.
Heat olive oil in a pot. Add chopped onions and garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant.
Add in the ripe avocados, scoop them out and mash lightly.
Pour in the vegetable broth and coconut milk for that creamy texture.
Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes so the flavors meld together.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of coconut milk. Serve warm & enjoy.
