To make this you need Feta cheese, green peppercorns, olive oil, garlic, fresh thyme, and lemon.
Cut your feta into bite-sized cubes.
In a jar, combine feta cubes, green peppercorns, garlic, and thyme.
Pour in the olive oil until it covers the cheese.
Seal the jar and let it marinate in the fridge for 24 hours for full flavor.
