Ingredients

To make this you need Coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, amchur powder, and salt.

Prepare Chilies

Start by slitting the green chilies lengthwise, removing the seeds carefully to avoid too much heat.

Prepare Spice Mix

In a bowl, mix coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, amchur powder, and salt.

Stuff Chilies

Stuff the prepared chilies with the spice mix. Be generous and fill them well.

Cook Chilies

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then, place the stuffed chilies in the pan and cook until golden brown.

Serve
