You need a vegetables like cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, spring onions chopped, ginger, garlic, cornstarch and some spice and sauces.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan. then add ginger and garlic, stir until fragnant.
Add chopped vegetables to the pan. sauté for 2 - 3 minutes until they soften slightly.
Add 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon chili sauce. Bring it to a boil.
Mix 2 tablespoon of cornstarch with water to form a slurry. Stir it into the soup and simmer until thickened.
Garnish with spring onions. add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot sour soup and enjoy.
