To make this 2 cups spinach, 2 tbsp butter, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup cream, 1/4 cup Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add the fresh spinach to the pan. Stir until it wilts and reduces in volume.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the spinach.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Let it melt into the creamy sauce.
Your creamy spinach is ready to serve. Enjoy it as a side or a comforting main dish.
