Beetroots, breadcrumbs, potatoes, rice flour, spices, salt, coriander.
Grate the beetroots and boiled potatoes.
n a bowl, mix grated beetroots, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, and pepper.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval patties.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the kebabs until golden and crispy on both sides.
Serve the kebabs with your favorite chutney or dip! Pair them with a hot cup of masala chai for the perfect winter treat.
