The simplest of all, the Tadasana teaches a person to stand with steadiness like a mountain. The word 'Tada' means a mountain. It is the best pose for beginners trying out yoga for the very first time.

Tree pose is apt for working on gaining focus and clarity, to do the pose, you just have to balance your body on one foot while breathing. Initially, one can take support of a wall if they feel unsteady.

The triangle pose is an amazing standing posture to stretch the sides of the waist. The pose opens up the lungs, strengthens the leg and tones the entire body.
